AETNA - "MOMENTS IN MINDFULNESS"
In support of its "Take a Moment" campaign, Aetna wanted to make mindfulness more accessible. At Huffington Post, I developed, scripted, and produced a series called "Moments in Mindfulness," ten 60-second films offering simple ways to incorporate mindful practices into your life. The concept was to use beautiful imagery, soothing voiceover, and calming music to both communicate the tips and create an actual minute of mindfulness for viewers as they watched each piece.
